						In our development phase we did not use the help desk and our data captain very often as we were able to manage a lot of the system internally. This was such a mistake for us as a company. The benefits and increased performance of the flowlogic system has been phenomenal since we have been working more closely with the datanova team. The team is always extremely professional and engaged in meetings and assists us to challenge any ideas or requests, we may have and bring these into fruition if they are able to. The support is great and we are very happy with the system.
